Short description

The student analyses herself/himself and the work environment. Also to reach his/her goals the student prepares an action plan. Next to this an amount of management skills are trained, i.e. project management, problem solving, personal effectiveness. The course is taught in English and only for international students. The class meetings are scheduled on 7 days (9.00-17.00 hrs). The course is finalised with a personal report. Students will be graded.

Please note: In period 4, this course is also offered in Dutch (B-MLOOP10). The Graduate School of Life Sciences aims to run both courses concurrently. Therefore, after the period for course enrolment has ended, the course coordinators will assess the total number of enrolled students and take this into account in assigning spots. You will be contacted about the specific procedure as soon as possible the course enrolment period has ended. Please note that the English course takes place on Monday and that the Dutch course takes place on Friday.
